I do and honestly, I'd be mad not to. It's a fantastic tool for writing code. It means I can get things done much faster than I could before, and these are savings that I pass on to my clients.

However, the code that AI generates is not always perfect. Thankfully, I had been coding for many years before AI coding was a thing. So, unlike many new "vibe coders" out there, I understand all the code that AI generates. I know how it works, the things to look out for and when to correct or steer so it's not doing anything silly or unnecessary.

I've been using AI for coding for many years now and I have a deep understanding of the everchanging capabilities and limitations of the tools available. If you'd like to know more about how AI can help your business, please get in touch.

These days, most of my bespoke websites and tools are built with React via a framework like NextJS or Astro.

I integrate these with various services and APIs (e.g. Stripe, Supabase, Notion, Google Calendar etc) The possibilities are endless. This is the stuff I like to sink my teeth into.

It's very tricky to say as the scale of projects can vary massively, but as a general rule, simple websites start at as little as £350. However a full scale web application, or customised dashboard will obviously be more.

The best way to find out is to book in a free 30 min consultation.

Nothing scary, I promise. It's a relaxed video or phone call where you tell me a bit about your business and the jobs that are eating up your time, or the website you have in mind.

I'll ask a few questions, give you some honest ideas about what's possible, and a rough sense of what it might cost. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so. There's no hard sell and no obligation.

If you'd like to go ahead, I'll follow up with a clear proposal. Book your free chat here.

I do. However, they aren't an area of focus for me. They are an example of where I advise using templates like Shopify or Squarespace, and though I've worked on multiple projects that use them, that's not typically my speciality.

Additionally, if you want to integrate a payment system, a subscription plan, booking systems into a bespoke website, or build a fancy brochure site to go alongside your online store, that’s the sort of thing I love to do.

• The Creatives (film production collective)
• Cece Studio (London based design agency)
• Dr Tom Bereznicki (dentist & lecturer)

Maybe... Site-builders like Squarespace, Wix & Webflow can be great for getting something published quickly & easily & their templates are often nicely designed.

Sometimes that's all you need and I'm always honest with clients if I feel that is the best option for them.

However, there are lots of reasons why a bespoke solution can be more beneficial:

• Total flexibility in design (templates can be quite samey).
• Site load speeds & navigation are normally faster (giving better user experience and SEO performance)
• Site builders can be frustrating to learn if you are “DIYing” your site. Unless you know what you're doing it can be a false economy in terms of your time spent working on it.
• Simple brochure sites that don't get updated much built by me often work out cheaper in the long run, as my monthly charges for those are cheaper than those offered by site builders.

Sometimes, yes. If it does the job, I'll tell you. But when you're joining up four different apps, paying for each one, and still doing the awkward bit by hand, it's often simpler to have one tool built around how you actually work.

Though I've done plenty of it in the past, I don't specialise in branding and logo design.

If you want something simple and quick, I can help you with that. But for a full brand identity, I'd recommend working with a dedicated branding expert.

I'm happy to advise on branding and logo design though.

It's very likely, yes. But if not, I’d be happy to advise or point you in the right direction.
